By accessing this website, creating a member account, or publishing a business listing, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & Authentic Business Representation

Member accounts and business listings may only be created by individuals aged 18 or over who are authorised owners, directors, partners, or representatives of the business or independent profession being listed. All product descriptions, material specifications, professional qualifications, and pricing claims must be truthful, accurate, and compliant with applicable consumer protection laws (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024).

3. Standard Free Listings & Future Paid Promotional Services

Sovereign Right Network currently offers a free standard business listing so legitimate enterprises and professionals can join the directory without commission fees on client transactions.

Sovereign Chain Ltd reserves the full right to introduce, price, modify, or discontinue optional paid featured placements, homepage spotlights, sponsored listings, banner advertising, enhanced verification services, or premium commercial tiers at any time. Any paid promotional service will always require your prior express order and transparent pricing agreement before any charge is incurred.

4. Values Charter & Prohibited Conduct

Members voluntarily affirm commitment to lawful free enterprise, economic freedom, private property, family, national sovereignty, and commercial integrity. The following are strictly prohibited on Sovereign Right Network:

• Any unlawful activity, incitement to violence, harassment, or hate speech prohibited under UK law;
• Commercial fraud, counterfeit goods, deceptive material claims, or impersonation of another person or company;
• Fabricated testimonials, paid fake reviews, or coordinated sabotage/brigading against any listed business;
• Automated scraping, unauthorized access attempts, or spam enquiries.

Sovereign Chain Ltd reserves the right to suspend, unpublish, or remove any account, listing, post, or review that breaches these Terms or threatens platform integrity.

5. Independent Transactions & Limitation of Liability

Sovereign Right Network operates strictly as an information directory and introduction platform. Unless Sovereign Chain Ltd is explicitly named as the direct seller on its own corporate listing, Sovereign Chain Ltd is not a party to, does not process payments for, and takes zero commission on transactions concluded between directory visitors and listed third-party businesses. Visitors are responsible for performing customary commercial due diligence before engaging any listed provider.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under English law (such as liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence). Subject to that rule, the directory is provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of uninterrupted availability or commercial outcome.

6. Account Removal & Governing Law

You may unpublish or request deletion of your listing at any time as set out in our Privacy Policy. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with the platform, subject to mandatory statutory consumer protections where applicable.
